Teaching and research faculty
Our teaching and research team is led by renowned professors from Peking University and Beijing Normal University, all of whom have a background in Chinese international education and have over 5 years of experience in frontline international Chinese teaching and research. All teachers must have a professional background in Chinese international education, linguistics, or education, hold 100% of the teacher qualification certificate, and have more than 3 years of online international Chinese teaching experience. Resume screening
All teachers must have a professional background in Chinese international education, Chinese language and literature, or education, hold 100% of the teacher qualification certificate, and have more than 3 years of online international Chinese teaching experience.
Assessment of past teaching records
For teachers who have passed the initial screening of resumes, we request to provide past live person online teaching records, evaluate teaching quality based on classroom effectiveness, and complete further screening.
On site trial lecture and interview
For the teachers who enter the interview stage, we provide trial materials on the spot, and the teachers prepare and give a trial lecture in real time. After the trial lecture, we enter the detailed interview stage. We will decide whether to reserve candidate teachers as qualified teachers based on on-site trial lectures and interview evaluations.
Information review and time matching evaluation
For qualified reserve teachers, we enter the basic information review and open time matching evaluation stage to ensure that teachers have good teaching facilities and sufficient teaching time. We will sign a contract with teachers who meet the standards.
Pre job teaching and training
A professional training team with rich experience in online teaching will provide comprehensive training to newly hired teachers, covering all aspects of teaching system operation, teaching posture and attitude, theoretical knowledge of course system, and the entire teaching process.
Pre employment assessment
For teachers who have completed pre job teaching and training, we will conduct pre job assessments. Only after passing the assessments can online teaching be officially conducted.
Online real-time course monitoring
The teacher training team will conduct online real-time monitoring from time to time, promptly identify and provide feedback on problems encountered by teachers during the teaching process, and promote strict requirements and responsible completion of each course by teaching teachers.
Periodic course quality re evaluation and strengthened training
In addition to online real-time monitoring of courses, we will also conduct periodic quality evaluations of teaching, review completed courses in the early stages, and conduct intensive training to continuously improve the teaching level of teachers.
